  • What States do you deliver to?

    We ship to (38) states across the US. We do NOT ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, New York, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Utah.

    International shipping is not available yet.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    All orders will be shipped by FedEx via a third-party. FedEx shipping rates include Signature Authorization which require signatures from Adults 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery. Home & Office delivery is accepted. P.O boxes are not accepted for shipping. Residential and Business addresses are accepted.

  • My billing address is in a state that is not marked available, but I want to ship to an address in a State that is available. Will the system allow the purchase?

    Although you desire to ship to an available State. Unfortunately, by law we can not accept or process any payments for Alcohol sales from any State that is not marked as available.

  • How long is the shipping process?

    Our shipping process is fairly quick. Normally, we fulfill the orders within 1-2 day(s). Once fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping will vary from 1-4 day(s) depending on the delivery location. All bottles are shipped from Florida.

  • Are there any additional delivery options in the event no one of age is available to sign at delivery?

    Yes. Once an order is fulfilled for shipping, we will send you an email containing your FedEx tracking number. With this tracking number you will able to change or update your delivery method. You may pick up your package at the local FedEx distribution center provided.

  • I live in an apartment and have not received my package?

    Check your tracking number to verify if your package was delivered. The FedEx tracking system shows a “signed by” section in which you can see who signed for your package. Often times a staff member from your housing office has signed for your package and is waiting for your pick-up.

  • I missed my delivery, what do I do now?

    No worries at all, FedEx will return the following day to complete the shipping process. We ensure FedEx will return up to (3) times before the package is finally sent back to us. If your package is sent back to us, we have (2) options:

    • You will be able to pay to have your order reshipped.

    • We can refund your order less the shipping cost.

  • Should I see a hazy cloud floating or sunk the bottom of my bottle?

    Sure, what you are seeing is natural vanilla flavoring, perfectly ok! During the fermentation, distilling and oak maturation process various phenols and esters are produced. These components make up a lot of the flavors we enjoy in whiskey. Many large volume producers use chill filtering to remove visible components. This method is mainly used for cosmetics of the spirit. Unfortunately, that method also takes away some of the flavor and the mouthfeel of the whiskey.
